Why it matters

For many cows, life becomes uncertain when they grow old or stop producing milk. Without the means to care for them, some are abandoned and left to survive on the streets. India recorded around 5 million stray cattle in the 2019 Livestock Census.

Gaushalas provide shelter and care for many of these animals, but feeding them every day is a continuing challenge. Without a sustainable source of support, the cost of daily fodder can become a constant burden.

Gaumitra was created to help make this support simple, regular and transparent.

You dedicate the Seva.
We deliver it to the Gaushala.

Serving fresh fodder to Gau Mata is a cherished tradition and a sacred act of Punya. Busy lives and urban routines can make it difficult to practise every day. Gaumitra creates a simple bridge between a timeless tradition and modern life — making GoSeva easy for everyone, wherever they are.
